Switched to ECU about a year ago because my previous bank had some check policies that did not cooperate with me. Everyone that I have talked to at Educators has been so friendly and helpful. I do not see any reason not to bank here, I love it!
Dont even deserve 1 star for kind of customer service they provide. You can start with the manager Brittany who has no empathy for a customer. She doesn't care about retaining old customers. How can you expect her team to be any better. They are so cold and unwelcoming. If its wud have been up to me, I would get rid of Manager and bring in a better coach and support.
Awful service! Wanted to open a checking account, address did not match I'd and Angela refused to open an account for me said it was a Federal law and which it is not, but because I am black trying to open an account in Oak Creek it is a problem!! Dont worry I will be closing my husband's family of 16 accounts and will not he opening one for myself. Thank you educators for truly being racist!!!
I belong to Oak Creek branch.Not being able to call this branch is frustrating.I do not want to speak to an operator from who knows where (like calling customer service and getting someone from foreign country,we have all been there)Personal branch customer service is nonexistent.Please go back to system when it was Lakeside.1-2-20 add.ONCE AGAIN I CALL AND GET PUT ON A 28 CALL WAITING LIST! MOST PEOPLE DONT HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR A RETURN CALL
