I have always had a positive experience at this particular location in OAK CREEK. I have come to know several of the hard workers where they even wave to me if I walk passed to just grocery shop. All the employees are very friendly and seem to always go the extra mile. In particular , Jessica is always positive, goes above and beyond to excel at her job. Very focused and patient team...personable and have a very caring persona. A few times the team will remember something I stated or a small talk I made last time and always follow up on that particular subject. Excellent customer service. I will have to move soon about 50 mins away however because of their wonderful service I will continue to return to this branch and location . Well worth the drive when greeted with a smile and incredible service. Thank you for creating great group of employees and this location. I have told many family and friends about this bank and people like Jessica where six of them have opened accounts with them from word of mouth. Great Business and wish everyone there a great future .

Our whole family has banked with Tri City National Bank for years. The branch inside of Oak Creek Pick N Save is very convenient and has excellent hours. Aleta has been especially personable and helpful with all of our needs. All of the tellers have been very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Thank You for being such a wonderful location and a great addition to Oak Creek!

Wonderful Branch to do business at. Employees are very helpful, courteous and truly care about your business. I've gone there for many years and never ever had I had a bad experience. Highly recommend.

There are not enough words to even begin to explain how thankful and grateful I am for being a member of Tri City National Bank (corner of Howell & Puetz) in Oak creek WI for the past 4 yrs. Around mid-June 2020 I was out state and making a large purchase and if it was not for K. Talbot and the branch manager Aleta Schilling I would have to drive 15+ hours to complete my transaction in the branch. The reason I even opened this account was because Aleta advised of all the benefits but never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined it would include and exceed all my expectations. Thank you making this the right decision in my choice of banks and branch. Kudos to Tri City at the P&P, corner of Howell and Puetz and recommendations to anyone who wants a bank they can rely on!!!!
