Too much gossiping about other co workers they don't like to even see a customer looking around the store for over 15 minutes. I couldn't find what I needed because the store was jam packed with inventory which was overwhelming I didn't know where to even begin looking. I did end up finding something I liked but it was a chore I probably wont be back. I would much rather shop at the smaller boutiques who are happy to help and happy to have the business and its easier to find what you are looking for. You can clearly tell none of the workers there are management or have their own businesses because they didn't care if they ran this one to the ground only there for a pay check I suppose. SMH
Absolutely Amazinggggg service!! I rushed prepped for my anniversary and came in with literally no clue of what I wanted. I had went to six different stores prior where all the employees were rude and distant and made slick comments about my weight. When I came into Akira, I was instantly noticed and greeted. I tried on at least 15 dresses and everyone was so helpful and understanding. I didnt see them break a sweat or have a attitude. They even went as far as shopping for me based on my style and I ended up getting both dresses!! I love love love this store!
It was nice just need a dedicated area for large, to plus size section. I found a few things 2 sales reps was VERY HELPFUL and I thank them ud83dude0a
I love their clothes very sexy and reasonably priced
The guy that works there is soo annoying!! Followed me everywhere
