Issue with my first pair, customer service was great and easy to work with to correct the issue. Would give 4.5 stars just because of the initial inconvenience, but overall super happy I bought the boots and would recommend to anyone.nnI bought a pair of boots from here and after a few days some of the stiching started to come apart. I was obviously disappointed and asked for a replacement pair which they were more than happy to do. Return process was super easy and the staff was very prompt and friendly. It's been about two to three months now with my replacement boots and they're fantastic with no issues at all.

I had been waiting and waiting for the Milwaukee Boot Line to come out and they did not disappoint! As soon as I saw they were available I scooped up a pair of the Bradford's and the Lakefront's. A little over a month in and the Bradfords have been an every day wear! From in the motorcycle shop to the office they were fully broken in in days and have held up and aged beautifully! Very comfy and perfect for every occasion! The lakefornt's are also great! I use them as wedding shoes they look professional, stylish, and can hit the dance floor. Highly Recommend Milwaukee boot company and I will be getting more styles! Can't say enough about there products! Also they were extremely friendly and the costumer service was fantastic!

Warm staff and great merchandise. Prices seem imminently reasonable, especially considering they pay their employees a living wage.
