Gave me a great deal on multiple pairs on many occasions would recommend to all sneaker heads
I tried to support them time and time again. Shoe selection is not good in store and is overpriced. Terrible customer service and bad Trusted Club program. I have been trying to cancel my membership and have not been able to do it online. manage membership tab does not work and they do not respond to text or direct messages on instagram. wast of $20 , take your money elsewhere, beware of scams
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE WHAT SO CALLED TRUSTED KICKS WHEN YOU CANT EVEN TRUST THEM, SPECIALLY ONLINE. ON THEIR WEBSITE IT SAYS THE SHOES IS BRAND NEW BUT THEN THEY ENDED UP SENDING ME A USED PAIR. IT HAPPENED TWICE. I EMAILED THEM SO MANY TIME STILL NO RESPOND HORRIBLE BUSINESS.
