They young lady working tonite.. short and thin.. very unpolite!! Like how come bank cant go back to regular hours at store locations?? Like some people work till 5-530 pm. Where is the accommodation for individuals who work late???? recommendation: some more customer service training courses for new faces here at West Milwaukee branch..

SUPER RUDE!!! I went there yesterday and i got there at 3:55, the lady says sorry we are closed. I said look i left work early and online3 it says you close at 4. She said i already am counting my drawer and she closed her drawer out. Look i get that everyone wants to get out of work early especially when its nice out but when you have a company business that states your open until 4pm, typically they make you stay till 4pm. i dont understand how long it can actually take to count a drawer. when i had to count my drawer working at a bar, it only took me about 10 minutes. its just sad because there was 2 other people they turned away! SAD SAD COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The bank is scheduled to open at 9 a.m. I've been here since 8:59 a.m. and it's now 9:30 a.m. to get answers regarding why my account wasn't closed when I requested. Now, I'd like to know what reputable business, namely a national chain, doesn't open on time? I will never open another account here, EVER!

The staff in this branch is not knowledgeable of service, products, regulations, or compliance. As a certified banking professional, I am appalled at the way this branch handles their customers. After waiting for over 20 mins for a simple deposit, a universal banker refused to let me deposit a personal check that my husband made payable to me. She requested his ID over and over again, until I made it clear that this step is not in their operations manual. I was then told to wait for their manager, who was just as lost. If you plan on making a transaction at this branch, make sure you have an entire day available to stand in line.
