The tellers were nice and direct. I didn't like having to sit down the time it took to get an ATM/ check card. I wasn't happy that I could not contact Wells Fargo during the covid-19 crisis. Waited like 30-40 minutes. This was very frustrating as my card was shut down without my notice and then no way to reverse it after WF saying they would? I reported both employees after going thru 3 of them altogether. It is embarrassing to pay for your groceries and then your ATM is declined on TWO occasions. Have been with Wells fargo for almost 30 years and I am considering to leave it. I'm looking a little closer at Chase bank.
Been banking here for years and is kind of disappointing that they don't take that in consideration. This branch specifically. Staff seem like good but not so helpful. Management is worse. The longer i bank here the more disappointed i get. Cant wait to clear some stuff and close my account then move on to another bank that appreciate my business.
So helpful, so friendly. I almost never have to go in a bank anymore but these guys were so sweet I hope I do have a reason to go back soon.

I would never bank with Wells Fargo. It's Friday afternoon in a busy downtown branch and they only have 1 teller!!!! It's ridiculous how long I had to wait. Stear clear of wells Fargo
