Chris is my stellar teller whom I look forward to seeing every single time I go in. She is diligent, personable, and remembers my name. I have repeatedly gone in for the past few years, primarily because I rely on & trust her execution in services on behalf of BMO.

Wow, I just deposited checks at this location for the first time at the drive-thru and the treatment was horrible! The two women both spoke to me so rudely, were talking about me behind the window (I can't be sure of this but the body language was easy to read), and the older lady would not stop staring at me. I drove away feeling oddly humiliated and I don't even know why! I won't put myself through this again.

I personally found this particular branch to be a bit rude to non-member visitors, even those who are simply asking questions~

One of the worst bank branch ever! It took then 20 minutes to give me my $1000nThe tellers are so slow and lazynThey need more training
