New Berlin Clinic-Children's Wisconsin

The worst place you can take your child to. Staff was ok nothing impressive, they should do better. Hospital dirty, as a children's hospital you would think they would be up to date with their equipment but nah. They misdiagnosed my 9 year old son eyes, his prescription was completely wrong which his eye sight worsened instead of getting better. I wouldn't give them even one star

I would like to say I bring both of my blessings to children’s in New Berlin and they are seen in multiple treatment departments and I must say we have had the same nurse almost every time bring us into the rooms and take height and weight, blood pressures. I have to brag a little but she is the most gentle soul that god has created. Today one of my children were being seen in a department for sleep problems and she recognized my daughter and was so gentle with her because she remembered she was terrified last time when it came to taking a blood pressure and the finger light. The best thing for my daughter was the nurse recognized her and already knew what to do to help her feel comfortable almost seemed to come naturally to her. She is very soft spoken, sits and talks to my children and makes them feel they are number one and very important. She is definitely the best healthcare worker who works with the littles ones and shows she’s loves her job and what she does. I wish she could be the nurse at my children’s primary care. The one at New Berlin has been the only one my children have felt the most comfortable with and cooperative. Most importantly safe. I believe her name is spelt out Rochall. I would just like to thank her and let her know she is very much appreciated and she has a great gift that not many can carry. She makes the visits to children’s all worth it.

The New Berlin Sleep Study is very clean. Yet the technician Maria could definitely benefit from diversity education,training, and greater communication skills. Empathy& Patience is a must when you work with children and families with disabilities. My family was insulted by her twice in one week. This is America we the people are many cultures and backgrounds not one person nor family is the same.. Don't assume all minorities steal or lie!

Most incompetent people I've ever met, dont send your kids here, waste of time and money, you'll end up coming back 5 times for the same thing cause they cant diagnose something simple like a skin rash, and pay for each visit. Then trying to switch pediatricians and getting medical records released is a nightmare, they'll scree that up too.
