I understand no lobby service, but drive through hours from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm seems ridiculous!

I own my own business and am finding out how their hours affect my hours and not in a good way.nThey truly have banking hours. No extra drive through hours. Uh OK.nI will be switching to a Credit Union in the very near future!!!!!

After waiting at Associated Bank for an hour, I decided to come here. I was helped right away, we didn't even sit down and we were helped! Excellent customer service! Explained everything very well, Thank you!

The drive-through ATM at this bank gives 20s and 50s. Many businesses do not accept 50 dollar bills, so if I use the ATM after hours or on weekends, I have to go to a grocery store to exchange the 50s for smaller bills. Very inconvenient.
