I took my mother to the drive thru and we were the only car waiting to be served. After waiting about 5-6 minutes, without a greeting or any concern that we were waiting —another car pulls up. All of a sudden someone shows up at the drive thru window and helps him first. We had been waiting for about 15 minutes at this point and had several other time-sensitive things to do after taking my mother to the bank. Finally after about 20 minutes of waiting , we were greeted with an attitude and lack of sympathy for the wait and not a care in the world for wasting our time. I used to have an account here growing up, I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with them personally on a regular basis. Tip : Hire people who care and actually enjoy their job , and are trained well enough to do it in a timely manner!

This location has some very friendly and helpful people .nPlus their security person is so polite and a breath of fresh air . He greets all with a smile , and open the door for all who enters/leaves . They all make you feel like family . ☺
Could of changed my oil while waiting slooooooooooooooooooooooow!!!! Late for work thanks!!!
