They wouldn't close my account because I didnt have my debit card with me. It didnt matter I had my passport, military ID and several different forms of ID, so they closed my savings account and said I would get a check in the mail. Did I mention I had to wIt over 2 hours to be told I couldn't close my acvount!nGoing into day 9, not only have they not closed my savings account, my check hasn't even been made yet. All they want to do is hold onto your money for as long as possible. I will never bank here again, no matter if they do a promotion for free 2,000 dollars. It's not worth it, worst bank ever!
As busy as this bank is, half the time their ATMs aren't working and you gotta wait long time in a long line to use one. This is ridiculous and is always an ongoing problem that doesn't see to get fixed.

They barely answer their phones every I call there it says they are dealing with other customers please call back and I Referred somebody an they messed up my referral an now I can’t get that referral Bonus!!!!
