I rarely leave a review for anything but this is a must. I have a difficult foot to get the right shoe for. I was sized and sympathized. Easily could have tried to sell me a boot that was ready to sell, instead got me the right fit shipped to the shop. When I came to pick them up it was all triple checked ro my satisfaction. True customer service. Will recommend to anybody looking for great product and service.

my boyfriend and I had gone in here and purchased a pair of boots for work. the girl working at the counter was dressed like a unicorn and her “uniform” wasn’t very appropriate for where she was working. just looked like a grown child wearing every color possible. anyways, the girl told us that within 6 months, we could take the boots back and they would either fix the problems the boots have or we were guaranteed brand new ones. 4-5 months later we brought the boots in here today due to stitching pulling apart and the sole of the shoe coming off. there was a man working and in summary he said there was nothing he would do and that what we were told wasn’t true. he didn’t care to give us an alternative option or offer any other services whatsoever. don’t buy your boots here if you’re actually going to use them for work! they don’t hold up well and any “warranty” they will try and sell you, is a lie and they don’t hold up their end of the deal!

Needed steel toe boots for work this place the best i needed bigger size and Mike the salesman was super knowledgeable and friendly i would recommend this place to everyone and the girl who has worked their forever is great too!!Very high quality boot and service Libby is the girl i went back yet again for the insoles Libby is very sweet and Excellent at her Job
