Was very satisfied with the service that I have gotten the other day answered all my questions understandable Lee that I would be able to understand and I was able to understand I would recommend this to many others friends and family and others as well the representative clerk that I visit and help me was outstanding I don't know if there's any other words to describe it out loud and meaning loudly that it was perfect

Due to a summer of massive data breaches across the country. My personal info via debit cards had been compromised not once but twice. Tri City National Bank is a hoax of a bank. They sent me a letter showing proof I benefited from a fraudulent transaction on my account to a cell service I have never once used! I have used ATT for 14 years and my bank transactions show this! So nope they took back the bank memo leaving my account with less money in the middle of a pandemic. Horrible service! Closed out my bank account which I had with them for over 12 years. Do not bank with them. They live in the year 2000 when it comes to technological advancement when it comes to banking and stopping fraudulent activities.

My experience was great, the service I was given was fast and the representative Taffany was amazing! She gave me all the important information and paperwork I needed I feel fully confident with what was provided. Thank you again for the wonderful service and respect given to me, next time I come in I’ll be sure to look for you first !

This is another ZERO starred post. Just so everyone knows that they took down my original post of them being so ignorant during my visit to get a money order the woman decided to be ignorant instead of being professional.... How dare you guys have anyone work there that treats the customers the way she does and then hide certain comment reviews because of your ignorant employee's....

The reason I come to this location is because of the Assistant Manager Bella. She is very professional and knowledgeable in the banking industry. Bella takes care of me with all of my transactions; business and personal. Thank you to Bella and the staff for providing an excellent service to a long time customer.
