U.S. Bank Branch

If you have a US BANK check that was issued to you by the state or federal do not come to this branch. Not only are they unwilling to cash their own check but they processed it which caused major issues for myself to cash it anywhere else. Because of this Branch marking my state issued us bank check I had to order a new check. Wait 10 more days just for it to arrive and pay two 15 dollar fees which I do not have. This branch manager took no responsibility for their mistake and basically put the blame on me for not having an account with them. I called the 1-800-USbank phone customer service line and it was of no help. I had to wait 30 minutes on hold just to be told by a representative to go to a local check cashing place. The problem there is that US Bank already marked my check as processed which caused me a delay and charge on my pay. I am disabled and this check was from the disability department here in Milwaukee. This money was to aid me during this pandemic and absolutely no empathy with my financial situation. Im sure if I had an account with them and had a good amount of money I would've been treated differently. Very disappointed with this Bank and will never consider opening an account with them after this experience You have been forwarned proceed this branch with caution because you will end up emotionally stressed for uneccesary horrible service. I will probably have a response here from USBank apologizing for their inconvenience etc. Its ridiculous because that literally is the cherry on top of this horrible customer service experience. They will not solve this issue. And an apology doesn't get my bills paid.

Very slow service always understaffed

Drove across town from permanently closed branch (not noted closed) to have ATM closed at 6pm???

The teller, Supriya, is always very nice and brightens up my day. Nice bank, great customer service. 5/5

Corynne Lynch, the assistant branch manager, went above and beyond in helping us with our car loan. We ran into every complication imaginable (on our end and the car dealer's) but Corynne stayed late, and remembered us when we called back later and has stayed in communication with us. I can't even put it in words how incredibly helpful she has been to us! Give this woman a raise!
