U.S. Bank Branch

Terrifying experience. I was robbed $1400 from their ATM machine, and there is possibly little to zero care from anyone at US Bank, learning they are quite the corrupt corporation, even during a pandemic, zero cares. I went to their ATM service on 8/27/20, trying to deposit $1700 in $100 bills, well the machine registered I deposited $1700, and it went to deposit but then started choking on my money, and tried to spit it. Well it failed and ate $1400. It gave me a claims ticket and the lady at the branch filed a claim for me. I eventually got a letter on 9/23 that my claim was accepted and the $1400 credit to my account would stay permanent. Great news right!? WRONG. Come 10/15/20 they REMOVE the $1400 credit from my account and say I was denied. I then called 10/23/20 and got transferred 5 times, no one could help or had any idea what was going. I finally get elevated to a manager they claim is available, and the manager Marcus just dodges my call. Combined claims they have blatantly stolen $2200 of my cash. As a hardworking American this is an utter joke, especially since I've seen zero compassion. My family has been lifelong US Bank customers and I'll most likely be switching to Landmark or another banking service that hopefully has real humans behind it that actually care about their clients, instead of pettily robbing them of their hard earned cash during a pandemic. I'll keep this review updated as it develops. Only thing I recommend to you reading is STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM US BANK. Their support lines have no idea what they're doing, and just transfer you until someone gives up.

I take my mother here quite frequently and the employees here are so nice and knowledgeable and friendly. I love their bank manager Melissa whenever we have a problem she is so helpful.

Christina Turner is an amazing Banker and did her job perfectly and went above and beyond to make opening a bank account an enjoyable experience. (:
