Due to a summer of massive data breaches across the country. My personal info via debit cards had been compromised not once but twice. Tri City National Bank is a hoax of a bank. They sent me a letter showing proof I benefited from a fraudulent transaction on my account to a cell service I have never once used! I have used ATT for 14 years and my bank transactions show this! So nope they took back the bank memo leaving my account with less money in the middle of a pandemic. Horrible service! Closed out my bank account which I had with them for over 12 years. Do not bank with them. They live in the year 2000 when it comes to technological advancement when it comes to banking and stopping fraudulent activities.

I have been a long time customer of the drive thru banking. I would like to commend Theresa for being quick, efficient and courteous each time I visit. I felt she deserves a five star review.

The drive thru staff is always great to deal with. Vibha has a smile every time I drive up which is great customer service.

Every time I go to this branch everyone is personally plesent. Professional and efficient. They take an extra effort to remember you and put a personal care into your care that I don't feel at other banks. I highly recommend both 108th st locations.

Of the many Tri City locations to visit, this is probably my favorite and that's because Theresa is just so dang good at what she does. Thanks for thinking ahead during this pandemic and supporting my family's banking with Tri City!
