The owner is very humble and it is nothing but positive vibes coming in there
I try to patronize black businesses often but the customer service skills are terrible! I was the first customer today ready to spend money on some shoes I had scouted out on the website. Idk the name of the employee but she did not greet me, ask if I needed help or had any questions. It was only her and I in the store. The atmosphere seemed very dead. The organization was nice though. I then proceeded to purchase a pair of heels, she then decides to tell me they only accept cash. That really upset me. Why wouldn’t you have a sign or something to inform customers? Also everyone is not on social media platforms so signage in store would be advised. I just left because that’s such an inconvenience. No apologies were said or anything. Overall, she was very dry and seemed like she did not want to be there. Also, it does not matter how much Asia gets praised for customer service, that doesn’t invalidate my statement. The owner is commenting and wasn’t there. You have a Happy Holidays! My day is amazing!
