There are never any drive-through tellers open and the employees park in the parking spots closest to the doors, I've had to run through inclement weather numerous times to access my money. Then it always takes at least 20 minutes to go in and come back out but since you can't just drive-through you have to go in. Which means you have to get out of your vehicle. Which means you have to walk across the parking lot regardless of the weather because the employees park in the spots closest to the door. The account help is horrible. They're pushy and uninformed. Encouraging people to open credit cards, discouraging comparisons with other cards. I love PNC as a bank but the bankers, tellers, and sales team in this one leave much to be desired. I live 5 blocks away and avoid this bank with my entire being. PNC should raise their standards because this location is a blemish on an otherwise great business. 05/24 just pulled up and have to walk around the building in the rain because there's no drive through tellers, the drive up atm is broken for at least the second day in a row, and the employees parked in the spots closest to the door again. Check the pic. That's one of the cars that's there everyday.

Bad customer service and they don’t inform you at all with anything that has to do with your account, they are rude and they always shorted me when I request large amounts of money, THEY CANT COUNT!

Atm down! No one in drive thru and still took 15 minutes to withdraw $20. Service terrible.
