The Female Manager was Very Rude On The Phone and She Hung Up On Us and when we asked for Corporate’s Phone # and She Wouldn’t give it to us and when we asked for her name she wouldn’t tell us either!! We never received a statement in the mail every Single Month and They charged us $20.00 a Month In FEES for just using their service! We will take our business elsewhere or Go To Tri City Bank and out our Business and Personal Accounts there!!
They wont cash a payroll check a day early but every other waterstone bank will. They say they can't but this is clearly a lie.
Opened an account with Waterstone not long ago. But everytime that I go in there I get a teller named Amy who makes My banking a breeze. Just wanted to give this bank and Amy a 5 star ud83cudf1f review. They definitely deserve it!!
Very friendly and always helpful. Tony is amazing and always willing to help out me and my mother. He's awesome.
