Great service, selection, very friendly stuff. I signed up fo emails, get 20 % coupon monthly on top of sale which makes it cheaper than Chewy or Amazon. This is my #1 store to go to for cat supplies.
Great same-day delivery option (on the Sunday before Labor Day, no less). Everything was nicely packaged, including an indication of how many boxes I should have. Delivery driver followed all instructions to leave package in locked lobby instead of somewhere open to everyone. Cheaper, faster, and all around better than Amazon for everyday essentials!
This store is one of 2 stores where I purchase food and things for my pets. Every time I go there, everyone is so helpful and friendly. I went to get some pet food and another dog bed the other day. The same one I purchased before but they were out of stock now. They took my info and said they would let me know when more would come in. Well, I got a phone call today regarding how they are having a hard time finding it but will keep looking. It really wasn't a thing to be apologetic for nor a big rush but, the genuine concern about it not being found was truly nice. Regardless of the outcome of the bed hunt, this place is 5 stars.The prices, products, and variety are great but, the staff makes it such a pleasant place to shop.
