Workers were prompt, polite, and professional. They catered to my Mom and made her feel listened to. The shoes were cool and affordable.
I stopped in today to get some insoles to add to my newly acquired Italian designer dress shoes that are lovely but hard as rocks. I was greeted warmly when I walked in and was listened to intently as I explained what I was hoping for. Greg eagerly pulled out some discarded insoles from shoes that people had purchased but chose to add different insoles to. He helped me find the correct size and helped me trim them down to my shoes and it made a world of difference. I can’t say how much I appreciate someone giving that level of customer service without pushing things on me I didn’t need. It was extremely refreshing and a rarity in this day and age. Greg went the extra mile to get me exactly what was needed without hesitation and saved me some money in the process. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a Stan’s and possibly some of the best customer service I’ve ever received in general. I will be raving about it for plenty of time to come I’m sure. Thanks so much!! Looking forward to sporting my new shoes comfortably and mentioning Stan’s any time I get complimented on them.

I have a pair of black patent leather planters! I bought these horrible shoes at Stan’s. I was careful to walk in them at the store and they seemed fine. And I walked in them in my house for days before wearing them outside. At the end of the first day I wore them out, I was in unbelievable pain. Stan’s does not allow returns on shoes worn outdoors, so now I have $200.00 planters. If you are investing in what you believe to be quality shoes at a high price, might I suggest Zappos or QVC - both of which will allow returns on shoes that have been worn outdoors. No customer service at Stan’s.
The employees here are absolutely FANTASTIC! They go out of their way to make sure you have the perfect fit! I have extremely large, wide feet. It's very difficult to find shoes that are feminine. These people always manage to find me shoes that I love! I just got another pair today! It's so exciting to get shoes that fit my feet! I would recommend this shoe store to absolutely anyone!
