I've been here a few times and all of the staff are wonderful! I am always greeted with a 'Hello' or 'Welcome' and someone is always willing to help. Also, I am a first time dog owner and no matter how ridiculous my questions are, they are more than willing to answer them! It really is comforting knowing such a store (good prices too) with great staff is so close to home!
The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of food, clothing, toys, fish and accessories. There is a neat dog wash station that's quite affordable. Dying to try that, as my laundry tub is a bit small for one of the dogs. The store is newer, so it's clean and well organized.
Awesome experience. The staff was helpful and personable. Used the groomer (Trish?), she did an awesome job on my little poodle. Exactly what I hoped for! Will definitely be supporting this company in Mequon.
Today I visited the Mequon store. I was greeted the moment I walked in. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I received amazing service and my dog, Paisley was even greeted with enthusiasm. Honestly, I can’t wait to bring my dog back. Keep up the great work! New. Forever customer.
Great pet store! New and brilliant looking. I’ve been there twice and about to go for a third time. It’s very conveniently located too.
