Beautiful pet supply store. Fish tanks are immaculate. They have a damn pool inside for doggy swimming lessons!!!
The nice man working there (my sis said she thought he was the store owner) was SO kind! We were there for my sisters dogs birthday and he spoiled her rotten. We've always had a really good experience here. They have everything you could possibly need for your pet! Highly recommend them:)
This is a really nice pet store. Great customer service, good selection, and a very nice aquatics area.
They had nothing in stock for saltwater fish. Every employee acted aggravated my children were present, and no one greeted us or asked if they could help us. No one also said thank you for coming in, have a good night, or anything. Understanding fish are not easy to stock in current times in particular, i was an out of town customer and based on the employees, I will not give my business to them in the future. The fish factory was not only stocked with a large selection, the employee working was great with my children present, helping quickly and efficiently and provided knowledge. I highly recommend traveling the 20 minutes from this location to that one!
