I am writing this because I feel like future patients need to be warned and I want to reach as many people as I can... I went inpatient at Rogers (Brown Deer) in March of 2020. While there, Rogers did not handle my possessions correctly and as a result, one of their employees got my credit card that I had with me and charged almost $400 on it. I was told by management that I would not owe anything because of this incident. I did not have a bill for inpatient, but I did have a bill when I chose to come back for the residential program in Oconomowoc (which I only completed 5 days of due to this incident and a few other reasons). I filed a complaint asking them to erase my bill because of what I went through and am still going through related to this, but they denied it. PLEASE, please be wary of them if you utilize their services. Demand that your possessions be gone through in your presence. I did not know this was how it was done and paid the price for it. Be very careful about who you trust there. I hope this never happens to anyone else. It's a shame they could not step up and right a wrong. I wish I could leave a review like this on their website where more people would see it, but of course they are not going to allow something like this to be said to potential patients. Please be careful when utilizing their services.

Ok I see the reviews here and I agree with then for the most part. Inpatient is horribly organized and a 95% of the staff members in inpatient are mean and not very nice people. Although my experience from Rogers happened around 2 years ago at the beginning of spring break 8th grade year but I can see by the other reviews it probably hasn't changed much. There methods of helping the patients are very questionable and allow a lot of things happen that shouldn't happen. Now you may ask why did I give this hospital anything more than a 1 star review. I gave it a 3 because although inpatient is bad, outpatient is extremely good. The outpatient staff members are very nice and know how to help the patients. They keep people in check but in a respectful way they know how to take care of the situations at hand. They can relate to you and are good at balancing things. They teach you better Coping mechanisms and you actually learn from them (completely opposite of inpatient). You can't go around swearing and not caring and think your gonna learn anything in outpatient. If you want to get out you got to actually listen and learn the stuff they are teaching you (again completely opposite of inpatient). As I said before the staff members are extremely well trained and know what they are doing in outpatient. The staff members I would like to give the most credit to is Mr. Mike, Ms. Gio, and Ms. Jen they are the people that really helped me the most. I hope this can help people
