This is by far the worst branch I’ve visited. The supervisor Ed is rude and very disrespectful. The stations are not clean. I’ve witnessed food and drinks sitting on the line. My father passed away so I went to close the account. After closing, the supervisor contacted me and threatened that further action would be taken if I didn’t bring some cash back that he gave me the okay was available to withdraw in the first place. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. Ridiculous

I am very pleased with this location. I've been banking with Guaranty Bank for years, and FCB transition was almost seamless. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Keep your accounts above water, don't bounce your checks, and you won't get the fees (not better or worst than any other bank). You can also save money by going paperless. Great Job First Citizens Bank, you got my Business!!!

I have tried opening a business account for about 3-4 weeks and still have not been able to make an account.. very disappointed. I know covid-19 is going on. But the first gentleman I talked to through the drive-thru was borderline rude and blunt and very unhelpful. I called the branch and could not get through to anybody through the regular number then when I physically went to the store they had three numbers on the door to call and schedule an appointment.. I couldn't get a hold of anybody.so ihI to use the drive through ..again.. and the appointment times are in the mid day. I did manage to schedule an appointment which is very inconvenient for me I work full-time during the day and then work my business during the evening. this leaves virtually no time to stop out.I have been with guaranty Bank / first citizens Bank for 5 years... I think it's time to start looking explore different banks..

Previously Guaranty Bank, it is great location, In the Bay Shore Mall area of Glendale Wi. FCB has a few other locations in the Milwaukee area. It Seems to be trying to find its place in the Milwaukee markert place. Apparently it has all the whistle and bells.nI'm still hopeful, that FCB will invest in Milwaukee, and open new branches, and broaden it's involvements with the City of Milwaukee. It took over Guarnty Bank and downsized it, and then, Has made other acquisitions like Securant Bank, and North Milwaukee State Bank, and possibly others. It is trying to become a participant in our community.nFCB has the capacity to bring resources and opportunity to Milwaukee, and become a part of the Milwaukee elite ...Thank You in advance, For Your commitment to our Town.

Been banking here for years. Have always had good customer service. The transition from Guaranty Bank to First Citizens was relatively smooth and easy. Great bank.
