Privately owned and what choices! A great store that has all the pets' needs while staying comparable to big box pet stores. Very nice staff.
Helpful staff. Greeted at the door and helped me locate the items I needed.
We recently lost our lab and decided to bring our other two dogs into daycare at Mighty Pet for an afternoon to socialize with other dogs. My wife called in over two hours after dropping them off to see how they were doing and the staff member admittedly said they were in their kennel yet. There was only one staff member tending to 4 different groups of dogs in the daycare/boarding! Why would we waste our money and time putting our dogs in that situation? I can only imagine they were huddled together and scared and nervous about what was going on. We pulled them immediately. This all falls in line with their first visit and they were never given the opportunity to interact with other dogs per the info you get when picking them up. Very disappointed in a local business to be conducted like this and not interested in returning.
Overpriced but good selection as big as they are we should have better pricing
Very knowledgeable staff. Always willing to accommodate in any way they can. Offer rewards programs on certain products they carry. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
