I had cataract surgery yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the check in staff to the nurses to the doctor, everything was so professional and went so smoothly. Not to mention the gorgeous sunrise over the lake from my hospital window, just as the Valium was kicking in. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gainey and the entire staff at Aurora Hospital.
I had just recently moved from another state with no time to establish care in Wisconsin during my pregnancy. A trip in turned into an emergency C-Section at 37 weeks 2 days. Let me tell you, for a team of complete strangers I was comfortable as the situation allowed!! The doctors, nurses, OR team everyone was Amazing!!nEven the pediatrician was awesome, I have now established care through aurora medical center for my entire family!nAfter I came home I received a laminated birth announcement and a hand written card congratulating me on the birth of my baby!n10 of 10 recommend for OB and pediatrics!!nThank you Aurora team!!
Ok im really not happy with the way things have been going lately as far as doctors office, I was accused of hanging up which is funny because I was on hold the whole time and then someone picked up the call that was on hold... it took me an hour of calling almost just to initially get through. Then after the physical therapy incident, and the er doctor being extremely rude, and now I might not be able to get to the bottom of this peripheral neuropathy soon enough and I do NOT want to go through that again. The frustration is killing me here.
I had serious right eye pain and went to the ER at Aurora I saw Jeffrey d Schroeder do, he was very attentive,alert,caring, and worked with my condition he gave me medication administered at the ER plus sent me a prescription to my pharmacy saving me a another trip to the doctor. Thank you so much to him and all staff.
Im so glad I went here and not to holy family. I had to have an emergancy appendix removal. And I was home in less than a day. The doctors and all rns and cnas were so nice and it made me feel good, especially with never having surgery before. I wish I could remember everyone who helped so I could thank them!
