Our primary physician works out of here. Easy to check in and nice big waiting room. Sometimes the lot can be a little full but generally parking is easy.

Only rating a 4 for Chelsey Hollman, she is GREAT first person in 6 years that Listened, Ordered proper tests, & Followed through herself by calling me! She truly cares, its not a job or payck its her passion to help people; I give her a 10...but giving the hospital & orher staff a 1 and Chelsey a 5 was nice at rating overall 4.nThe ck-in staff AND phone staff NOTHING BUT RUDE! Especially since they MUST HAVE your insurance card to copy yet my info is NOT updated correctly and a Badger Care Medicaid and they never even bill that they keep billing 5yr old insurance we no longer have and we get surgery approvals only a year later they never bill Badger Care just old insurance and send it to collections....how can they send to collections & ruin my credit when they didnt bill the correct insurance. After hours on phones, them sending letters to a 17yr old address embarrassing us in our community for mailing collection letters to address on file 15years ago....list goes on...let me mention I really had H.Pylori Bacteria for years, they diganosed pain as hystetectomy, which was NOT the problem. Abdonmnal pain woresened, then Hurnia fron extraction of uterus during surgery, then they find a solid lesion on my pancreas but its been months and nobody will return a call as to what it is? But they sending me a $13,000+ bill for a hysterectomy not needed, pain was bacertia but when doctors DONT LISTEN they just cut at you, cause another problem to slice you open again and no help with badger cate insurance approval so just waiting hoplessly for my next $10,000+ bill. UgggggggnTHANK GOD FOR CHELSEY!
