Got pet rats from here a few years ago. Came with mites and I’ve been trying to get rid of them since. They are incredibly antisocial too. Do not get pet rats from here.
Decided to come here after a disappointing experience with a chain pet store. The staff were extremely friendly and knew their stuff! The fish definitely appeared more healthy than the fish I had bought from the previous pet store. I will definitely be coming back!
Other reviews have indicated good service. I called them up as I was restarting my tank. He may have been joking, one guy said I could put rock and fish in all the same day. This is not ideal. I went in and another person was actually screaming at me about whether my lights were good enough for plants. Ill never go back.
Amazing customer service!!! Also, all of the animals looked very healthy, and I can see why, the guy working there knows a lot about animal care and took the time to make sure we knew how to keep our new pet happy and healthy!
