I got a rabbit here last summer. He's incredibly sweet, and I love him, but he's not healthy at all. When I first got him, he already had snuffles. I didn't have as much rabbit keeping knowledge then as I do now, or I would never have gotten a rabbit here. He was in a small enclosure, with two other young rabbits. This rabbit, in particular, had a dirty nose. I called the store on day two, noting that he was sneezing and had a dirty nose still. They claimed he probably just had allergies or was getting used to the environment, but I knew that was false. I got him into a vet and he had snuffles, which rabbits never quite get rid of. I was given antibiotics for him, and he got better quickly. He was well for six months after, but I recently had to take him to an emergency vet, because he was looking extremely unwell the other day. He had a fever, bronchitis, and e an ear infection, among other things, all caused by the snuffles bacteria. I spent $700 to get this taken care of. The fact that they would sell and hand over a sick rabbit, whom they didn't even realize was sick, is unbelievable. Not only this, but snuffles is extremely contagious, and the fact that the other rabbits were in close contact with him is just absolutely irresponsible and cruel. This store needs to be put out of business.
This is the best, absolute best, pet supply store around. They have everything I need (Fromm dog food which can't be found at other retailers sometimes) and so much more. Excellent, helpful, friendly staff, and really good prices. We got two cat trees on sale here once and the total was about what you'd spend on just one! Love this place!
The best! I needed help with a fish tank and supplies and they were SO helpful! Also, I bought a bunny there 2 years ago. They knew his birthday. Animals are all spotless and well taken care of and obviously loved!

Although they carry a wide array and selection of animals, which usually happen to be healthy and friendly, when it comes to the staff and quality of goods, they certainly do not deliver. Every time I visit to make a purchase, I am met with nothing but disrespect and pure laziness from the staff. They are not quick to help guests, constantly having to stand and wait for help. When they do decide to help, they drop animals on the floor and lose them. But, somehow, they have the nerve to treat paying customers like dirt. They do not even take care of the store itself as I have seen bugs in the store, and I recently purchased a bone for my dog here and there were BUGS INSIDE of the wrapped bone. If I could look past the filthiness, the terrible treatment by the staff alone by this establishment would send me running! Step it up. DO BETTER!
