We went here with the sole purpose of returning an item that didn't fit properly. Yes it is a weekend, yes we knew it would be busy, and yes we completely understand the social distancing and limiting how many people can be in a store at any given time. However 45-60 minute wait just to return an item is crazy and due to my daughters work schedule week days are out of the question.nnI believe a store that busy should consider having something just for returns, a simple in and out, there was going to be no cash involved just a swipe back onto the card. Hopefully soon we can catch them at a better time, especially since we are coming from another city.
I love this store and the customer service is fantastic! They clean the check out area after every customer. The app is great and worth using! 5⭐
A lot of good deals and if they don't have it they can order it for you. The service was great.
The line was short today! Soooo glad cuz I've been waiting months to go in there n didn't want to stand in line for hours. Only took 30 mins today. Great sales! 4 pairs of shoes, 1 slides, & 3 backpacks for about $200... yeeesss!
Friendly staff good selection. My little guy left and said he wants to work at Nike, when he is old enough. Good stuff
