Unfortunately, my sister and I had a poor experience due to one associate in particular. No one was wearing name tags so we were unable to get their name. The associate ignored my sister and then sent someone to follow and watch us in the store. There was one associate that was kind, helpful, and apologetic for the behavior of her colleague but at that point we had already decided that we would not be patronizing the store any longer. I hope that those that own and operate this store will review who they are employing and make appropriate changes in training and staff.

Horrible, horrible service. The two girls that worked there were completely clueless. Absolutely rude. They didn’t even answer questions properly. If I could give them lower than one star, I would. I have no idea how they even got a job at the store. These girls wouldn’t know how to talk to a brick wall, let alone customers. I asked the girl named Erin if I could get a box for a shoe which was on display and she scoffed at me and stared at me like I was the idiot. If I’m spending my hard earned money at this store, I should at least get some basic respect. Even the review from the past comment on the terrible service. They should at least attempt to hire a good person or leave the store to competent employees. I will never come back here.
If you can wait for the seasonal sales, you get excellent quality for the right price.
