The store manager is rude and very unhelpful. She rushed me and was not helpful because there was a line behind me. I ordered shoes online to pick up on store and they didn’t have it. All she told me was that she didn’t have anything, she can’t help me. So you take my money and the email shows me that the shoes are at this store to be picked up. I will not be going here. Rude, dirty and definitely not practicing social distancing.
The staff was friendly. We got in and out relatively quickly. The selection wasn't bad for an outlet store.
Popped in the store to help a friend purchase a pair of shoes. Holly, one of the managers, helped us in pointing to precisely what we were looking for, offering us the choices the store had to offer. In less than fifteen minutes, we concluded our purchase. Overall good but not overwhelming choices. Great customer service and reasonable prices for name brand quality products.
Store was really unorganized and hard to find products. Ended up leaving with only one pair of shoes, which we only bought because we were in dire need. Staff were not overly friendly.
