Went for work boots and got than I bargained for. The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and informed me that my feet were slightly different sizes which explained my past discomfort in work boots. I am now wearing the most comfortable boots I've ever owned and recently returned to that store and bought a pair of Irish settlers. Ask about the dry wicking socks!!! Game changer!
Went to just look for work boots, but ended up buying a new pair of boots & orthotic insert. I explained my foot problem . The employee tested foot pressure & suggested what would help. The boots are Irish Setter by red wing. The employee was very helpful & nice . Keep up the good work.
I've bought my last 5 pair of work boots from here, but a couple of those times I was really put off by the customer service and almost walked out. This time I understand they have a company policy requiring a mask be worn by eveyone who enters the store and thay only one customer is allowed at a time, but at least have masks available for customers. I'm a firm believer in the three strike rule, and I don't see any reason to continue shopping here. Plenty of places with boots, even Red Wings.
I’ve been buying RedWing boots for almost 20 years and quickly and rudely told I couldn’t enter this store today because I wasn’t wearing a mask. The employee never gave me a chance to let him know that I’m medically exempt from wearing one of those stupid things. Red Wing lost me business today and I will be letting everyone I know about this as well. The constrution industry is big and we all stick together. Pound sand redwing
The salesman was loud, rude, and obnoxious. Another man came in from the City to get a pair of work boots and ask to use the wash room and he said no rudly. The sign on the door said 1 customer at a time, but he let two other couples in the store but was ademate about masks. So unconsistant. Bad exoerience. Went to onother place to buy my work shoes.
