This bank accepted an unauthorized charge to my checking account but then when I reported it, they basically said that it wasn't their problem. And they refused to reverse the charges. When I have unauthorized charges on any of my credit cards, all I have to do is report it and they credit card company immediately removes the charges, but this bank refuses to do anything. I am moving to another bank today! Don't trust Tri City Bank. They don't look out for their customers, only their bottom line.
