This is the gem of Berlin, WI! What an amazing company full of history. They also make the best boots in the world.
The customer service is okay, but it isn't anything too fantastic. With that being said, the shoes that I ordered fit perfectly the first shipment (other reviews have not said so). I would recommend getting leather honey branded leather cleaner and conditioner, this has served me well over the 1 year that I've had these.
I ordered a pair of Mocs for Christmas. I called to get tips on sizing. The Mocs arrived and are amazing. My phone call allowed to get me a perfect fit right out of the shoe box. I will be ordering some Zephyrs soon! Made in America and heritage patterns are amazing. True American craftsmanship.Thank y’all for everything!
