Highly recommend Caliber and Shawna. From pre-approval thru closing, they made the entire process feel easy. Shawna was extremely helpful, very straightforward, quick to respond to questions, and kept me updated throughout. Will recommend Caliber to family and friends.

This is not a review on the office in Fond Du Lac. This is an overall review of Caliber. Ive had my mortgage for 5 years with Caliber. I have had nothing but issues with them. They've screwed up my escrow, account disappears online so I have to call CS to get it back up to pay my mortgage, which I have NEVER in my life been late on. They've sent me other people's loan docs in the mail with their financials. I made sure to contact those people to make sure they were aware their mortgage company was sending me their info. Its a bad company. I recently tried to refinance with them after they chased me down to do so.That was 4 months ago and after being strung along for 3 months I went with a different lender which approved us in 3 weeks at a lower rate. Their excuse for not getting the refi processed was that they are a big company and they process a lot more loans. They aren't even a top 10 lender and the company I refinanced with is. There was over $400 monthly difference on my mortgage payment so the way I see it they cost me over $1200 because they are incompetent. Please find a different lender for your sanity and financial security. If you notice all the positive reviews are from new users and they haven't had a chance to deal with the issues and it sounds like Shawna is a great agent for a bad company. I shudder when I think about this company having my info.

Shawna was so easy to work with. She was knowledgeable on the whole him buying process. Thanks to her, we were able to close on our home quick. She made sure that we understood what was going on and what things meant. There’s no one else I’d trust more than Shawna for the purchase of a home!
