This specific bank shared our sensitive financial information with others in the local community breaking their confidentiality agreement.nnIt’s a small town bank, that gossips to others about how much money you have. They committed the cardinal sin of gossiping about our financial information to local people? Are you serious?nnThis is how you treat loyal customers of many years?nnWe stayed with this bank despite their antiquated and primitive online banking powered by Jack Henry. Their online banking looks like something from the early 2000’s. It’s literally an ancient interface.nnStay far away!
Every employee is always quick to say hello. I've never had a poor experience here. I started out at Wells Fargo when I had my first bank account, went to Citizen's Bank in college, and finally ended up with an account here at River Valley because my grandparents have banked here for years. Hands down best customer service, plus they have complimentary popcorn, tea, coffee, and soda! You can't beat that!
