Went twice in one day, the staff was friendly & helpful. Very clean and beautiful, had a great experience honestly was pleasant surprised. Highly recommend!

I've been to a few hospitals in my life.From my surgeon to the prep nurses and even the the lady that took my temp when I walked in,every body was great.My surgery was scheduled for 11 am and at 10:55 am I was in the OR.I want to give a special thanks to one of my nurses Niki.She's funny !! Thanks to the whole center..

We took our 2 yr old daughter in at about Midnight on Wednesday the 12th of February. Took about an hr for us to be sent into a room after check in; there were about six people in the waiting room including us. She went in with a fever of two days, trembles, and occasional puking. After checking in, we were there till about 0630 the morning of now 02/13/20, all that was done to our daughter was swabbed her nose to check for Flu, and an X Ray of her chest both done at about (0200-0300), both test came back negative of anything, were told she was fine but walked out if there with her fever once again. 1) Was not given her medicine while she was there( 6 Hrs ) 2) Took 6 Hours to Tell Us it was Nothing, we left trusting their word and now two days later we find ourselves at another location Again. 3) No Real Tests were done, You get a negative a Flu Result but child has a fever I’d think you’d try to figure out what else it could be, not send them out on their way. It was a waste of time, inconclusive, took six + hours, didn’t do any other exams to her, days later and still the same symptoms that could have been caught if you guys had done other things to find a reason for her fever. Also, I’m pretty sure we were forgotten, as soon as pressed the help button in the room, they came over right away with discharge paperwork and to tell us she was fine ( with a two day long fever ) and without doing any exams that gave a reason why she was experiencing what she was. Definitely going in the books as a stay away, and I am very tempted to reach out to someone about this situation, it could have translated to a lot worse for our child. I Do not Trust your Staff to do Right. I would tell everyone else to be more considerate of any loved ones, adults or children. My friends and family will definitely be made aware to take their symptoms to a place where they May Actually Care, as St. Joseph’s is not the place to go! Go elsewhere if you want to be treated or diagnosed with something properly the first time!

I came in the in about January for a stomach issue. Went into the emergency room and instantly was hit with a long wait. When I got into the back to see a doctor it took about an hour just for that. After the hour he kinda didnt have any idea on what was going on. After waiting about 2-3 more hours they came back with a "diagnosis" that was totally wrong and prescribed me medication that i had no idea what it was for and did not get it filled. Since then I was hit with an outrageous bill. When trying to dispute i have gotten the same run around and unprofessional help. Even getting yelled at by a billing guy for just asking for the help. Have not been able to get ahold of anyone that can help with about 10 phone numbers sitting infront of me. This has been going on for months now and this business will not take care of their patients problems. Do not reccomend to anyone. Insane
