My daughter went in yesterday to the Er for symptoms of body aches, chills, slight fever, headaches, and waited for hours, was told she had a sinus infection, did an X-ray to check out her lungs. Seen that lungs were good so no need for a covid19 test..sent her home. Day 2 symptoms are getting worse now with diarrhea, fever of 101.2 I sent her to Boswell hospital & now she’s getting a lot more care there, did a covid19 test on her, has her on iv fluids, Her heart rate was high when she got there..and she’s still there getting care at this moment COVID results will be in 48hrs from today..Next step to see what’s going on with her..very concerning during these times.

My mom went there yesterday and they didn’t do anything to help her. They didn’t treat her at all and they were rude.

I had surgery and the staff here were all wonderful (nurses, doctors, the admissions clerk and even the lady at the front desk). From the time I walked in the door until the time I left, they were polite, patient and treated me with respect while easing my fears about surgery. Never have I been to a hospital that surprised me more. The privacy of the pre-op rooms was the biggest jaw dropper. If ever I have to have surgery again, I hope it's here.

I never been to an ER where the doctor didn't check in or review lab results with me. I have zero clue what the codes or results mean. I left with just paperwork where only my secondary symptoms were barely treated. The nurse was less than warm and welcoming. Bedside manner was uncomfortable. I wasn't asked once how I was feeling or checked on. I was administered a medication without being told what it was or what it was treating. Ultimately, I rested and dozed in a dark room and was released after several hours. I could have done that at home. I was so tired and not feeling well I just needed out of there. I was seen by a male nurse with apparently no name and Dr. B. Davis who I thought was initially great turned out to be unprofessional.
