The Birth Nest at Catlin Court

This happened because of you Pam. Its been almost 3 years since we started our first adventure into parenthood and hoping to grow our family a little more soon. We love the Birth Nest and can't wait to be back with our motherhood family!!

I had what I consider a fast, intense and extremely painful delivery. This on top of complex PTSD led to out of body experiences and unbelievable underestimation of my abilities. Luckily I was at the Birth Nest. My midwife, Eyndia, alongside Mykah, a newer midwife, and Pam, a seasoned veteran of this work, coaxed me through my out of body experiences and into the tub and birth sling. I was attended to in every way during this rigorous and terrible and beautiful process. I was given my power back at the encouraging voice and touch of these women, and I was able to birth my son without any complications. This whole experience was so powerful and I can't believe I got to share it with these women. They are kind but practical, empathic and reasonable. I was given the option to move to the hospital if I really felt something was wrong, and that choice helped bring me back to reality and gave me the strength to persevere. I was stitched up beautifully, given plenty of care post delivery and have had follow up appointments that make me feel truly cares for. Honestly I am so deeply grateful to this place and my love for it and these women is immense. If you are healthy enough to labor here, I suggest you do it. I could say so much more but I don't know if anything other than this place was perfect could sum it all up. Thanks The Birth Nest. thanks Eyndia, thanks Mykah, and thanks Pam. Awesome experienced, my first time to gave birth in birthing center in natural way no pain medications. Wonderful and great midwives Zabrina and Pam. Specials thanks to Nicole and Jaime too. They help me through a lot of things since the beginning til now at present. They will answer your calls anytime you have and emergency and urgent questions. These people are very accommodating they will give lots of advices and tips during pregnancies til giving birth. No words to explain excellent place and people. I will recommend this place people wanted to have a natural birth like me.

I met with Zabrina for my first appointment at the birth nest, and knew INSTANTLY that I couldn’t have asked for a better midwife. She holds ZERO judgement about any decisions we made or did not make as parents. She offered science based evidence for certain controversial topics, and always shared her experiences through her own births for comfort and reassurance. It was such a good feeling to be able to relate to her on all different levels, even though some of the choices we made are not the same. Even after the birth, I find myself making excuses to be able to stop by the Birth Nest to say hello to her and Pam and to keep in touch. I told her that no matter where I am for my next baby, she will be my “traveling midwife” lol! Having Zabrina be there to deliver my baby was the greatest birthing experience one could ever hope for! She was so patient and calm through my 46 hour labor (only 10 of which was active, so technically she was there MUCH longer than necessary..but she didn’t seem to mind one bit!) She offered solid advice to keep me calm and focused and helped with ideas for how to get baby in a better position for birth. She helped make sure I stayed hydrated and fed. And when it was time, she coached my husband through catching the baby. You could not go wrong in choosing Zabrina Pell to be your midwife. She holds zero judgement for any decisions you make as parents and has the utmost respect for mom and baby. I felt all the love in the world everytime we met with Zabrina and throughout the entire labor and birthing process. ❤️❤️❤️

Really loved it here. The rooms are very nice, and everyone who works here was wonderful. I highly recommend them.
