This was our first time there and the service was great. The vet took time to explain everything that he recommended to have done before a final diagnosis could be made along with the best financial route. I will definitely use them again

I took my dog in for a prolapse after she went into heat. They were able to get her in right away. The whole Covid and having to wait outside is not fun, but they were extremely friendly and reassured me she would be okay. She is almost a week from her surgery and doing fantastic. It's also nice that they will call a few times to check up on your baby to see how she is doing. It gives you the sense that they really do care. If you are frantically looking for an ER vet right now and trying to decide, I highly recommend them. I couldn't comment on value because i don't have anything to compare to. Considering my situation was an emergency and they were able to spay and take care of everything, the cost was not too much of a shocker.

Find a vet that can count. I took my dog for a severe skin issue. I chose them because they were close and could get me in next day. Exam was $59, cleaning and shaving area $49, steroid $34, antibiotic $84. I paid about $230 total. They didn't give me the correct amount of antibiotics. I dont mind paying for good care, but they are obviously absent minded. When they called to check in on my dog, I communicated the issue, was then told "yes we made a mistake, but you'll need to pay the difference." I paid a lot for antibiotics (well above what the same medication costs from another vet pharmacy). I was told "I'm sorry you feel that way" when I said I didn't think I should pay for the extra medication because what I had paid for already was supposed to be the complete treatment. I'm severely disappointed and will not be taking either of my dogs here again.

I was able to get my baby in tonight, after calling vets in the area, only to be told, "They didn't have any openings for weeks." My guy was becoming ill more and more each day and I had to get him in pronto! When we arrived we were greeted with a pleasant phone call from the techs, that asked for all information about his illness. They came out and took my baby in and were constantly communicating with me. The Dr. was also very communicative, informative, and personable. I will be taking my little guy here from now on.

I was disappointed with the billing. I was told one thing by the attending surgeon for my dog about their insurance, and then billed differently. I specially asked if I could cancel the insurance that was presented so positively to me. I was told I could use it for the surgery and save money, then cancel without penalty at any time. I was surprised, so I questioned this and was once again told I could use it and cancel. Now, several months later, I get a call out of the blue that I owe over $200. I was told they had misunderstandings and have hired new people. So now threatened with collection agency, I was forced to pay additional money over what was originally agreed upon. Very unprofessional. Plus, the stitches that were done to my Schnoodle have left noticeable scars. Highly NOT recommended.
