I called this branch to see about starting a new account. They were short staffed so Jenni messaged the Oakwood branch to see if they could assist. They said they could, however, when I arrived there I was treated ad an insignificant bother to their day. I walked away. If Jenni had not been so helpful initially I guarantee I would not be doing business with this bank. I called this location from the parking lot of the Oakwood location. Jenni felt bad about how they had responded and told me to come beck to her branch. She took the time to not only open my account, but also offer foreign currency that had to be called in because it was an atypical request. The only reason US Bank has me as a customer is because of Jenni Bernal. As for the Oakwood branch, I would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is beyond terrible.
Fast, always functions well, and accepts cash deposits. Perfect!
