It's my go to for reasonable trends.
Sizes 14 and up, don't even bother going.
Very few staff available to help, measured our son's foot wrong, didn't help us find shoes to try on after asking 2 different people. We went to a different store and they said his foot is an entire size bigger than what we were told at Shoe Dept Encore. Last time we were there had trouble getting staff to help us also. We won't be going back here.
Always good but the food is a bit fresher at dinner and lunch time due to more people going through . This a buffet with great variety. We really like it and always leave satisfied.
I went here to find a pair of shoes obviously, there selections for Timberlands for men was not the greatest. I thought this store of all places would have a good selection but there was only 8 styles to choose from which none of them were to me that great. Also, I thought it was custom to greet there guest which out of everyone there tonight on 11/10/18, not one person acknowledged me which is fine but when you want to spend money and I'm not even asked for help or even to say hi to was a little disappointing. Needless to say, I will shop around more. Maybe even online before going back in there.
