I've always had a good experience at the Eau Claire store. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I also love that I can try on shoes at my own pace, with their inventory on the sales floor, rather than having to ask someone to get it for me. Their prices are a little more than other stores, but you do have the buy one, get one 50% off option. Overall, i would recommend.
My pair of boots have separated more than 50% off the sole within 3 months or less. Buy nothing without a craftsmanship warranty. Never spent so much for trash. Have had thin jogging shoes last the whole summer.
As always, the service and selection are top notch. They offered free shipping to my home on a pair of shoes not available in the store in my size. And, don't forget to save your receipt.
