This bank took money from my account because they forgave the loan from my ex husband but not me. They now refuse to refund my money because the money on loan is still owed. Vice president told me they worked a deal with him and he doesn't owe the money but the money is still owed. Never would recommend using this bank. Ever wonder why they go through so many employees and presidents, because they do shady stuff.
I've been part of this bank for around 14 years and plan to be for the foreseeable future. The employees are always the best and help me with what I need financially
I went to change the amount taken out of our account to auto pay our home equity. The representative was busy so another associate took down what I wanted and said one of the ladies in that department would get back to me, but has not. It has been 4 business days.
Great to work with and a strong supporter of all things Watertown.
