Do not go if here if you don't need to! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of someone. Always a hold, no matter what day of the week or time of day. Sitting on hold as we speak, been doing so for over 30 minutes....absolutely ridiculous.

Great Staff, First time here. Location needs a complete makeover to be one of Madison WI Top Clinics. I noticed the urgent care clinic is a bit down scale as well very small. Chairs and tables were pretty old and dusty, not good for patients health both places. I hope they redecorate both locations soon. Three Stars for Staff both locations.

This clinic has the care and compassion of a small town doctors' office with the resources and commitment of OHC backing them up.nnFriendly, thoughtful, professional, the staff are the heart of the business and everyone lives in the neighboring communities.

My entire family and I were able to build and maintain a great relationship with our primary care physician within the SSM Health system. Unfortunately, our primary moved to another clinic so we decided to switch to UW since the Verona Clinic is just a few blocks from our home. However, since we have made the switch to UW we have been far less than pleased. We cannot get in to see our primary unless it is scheduled months in advance. Our daughter has been seen at UW nearly 4-5 times and never once has she met our primary physician. Fortunately, Ellen Evans, is a wonderful PA that our daughter always has the pleasure of seeing, but this is not what we are used to. Ellen Evans is the only member of the Verona UW clinic's staff that has been pleasant, caring and genuine. Everyone else we have seen made us feel like we were more of a nuisance. DH was a frequent patient being seen for multiple symptoms but the Doc refused labs or scans, despite our request. She said she didn't want to look in the wrong places, so instead, DH was sent home without any tests, labs or scans. Simply unacceptable.nnI should also note that the typical hold time just to speak with someone at the scheduling desk is typically 10 minutes at minimum. Today, I called to ask for their fax number since it is not listed on their website and I was put on hold for a 16 minutes.nnAfter several negative experiences, my family and I have decided to leave UW to go back to the SSM Health System where compassion and care are a priority.

When I started using UW Health systems, I truly thought they were going to help me get back to work and make me somewhat regular but the truth turned out to be about collecting as much cash from my insurance with no regard for my true health. I live with severe chronic pain and instead of helping me, UW Health has slandered my good name. As well as slander my morals & manners making all who read my med chart see me as a liar. I'm not a liar and I take great pride in my honesty, integrity, respect and compassion for myself and others. Shame on you The UW GREED MACHINE.
