Friendly staff, but that's about it. Store associates need more training on operating there POS systems or policies. Also Champs online and Champs stores should be able to process the same customer requests whether their order was online or in-store. I don't think I will ever order from Champs again.
Mario was a great help and I will purchase my shoes from him here on out.
Was a very good experience would chose the west side over the east side. They were a little under staffed. But they were amazing service on getting my shoes ordered
