Good costumer service
Best US BANK branch I’ve ever been to!
Not my first choice for a bank lets just say that.
The branch in Gammon need to train their personnel in doing their job right. 3 years ago when my husband was deployed to Iraq we went together to the gammon branch to add me in his account. I was a POA so he want to make the POA and add me. We sign a bunch of paper work and of course they never add me to the account. I still as POA.n2 years later they send my bank card to my old address when we call to the 1800 to change my address. They didn't want to send me a new card till I tell them my old address.nNow in this 2016 my card expired on November an of course they send my card to my old address again when I went to the bank and change it. On the 1st I went to the branch on Gammon Rd and he said he will order my arm card and I will received it in 5to 7 days. I wait 13 days and nothing. I called the 1800 and they said that my card was never ordered. So now I have to take my lunch brake to go to the bank to talk to the branch manager about my arm card. This kind of things is very inconvenient. Their people are very incompetent. And I really thinking in convince my husband to change banks. Because of their had service. No respect for a client or customer or member that have the account for more than 18 years.
